Bulking Agents
Pure Lite™ is a high-intensity sweetener and as such is rarely sold to retail markets in pure form. Depending on the application, Pure Lite™ can be easily blended with either fillers and/or bulk sweeteners. This gives the Food & Beverage manufacturers and formulators the flexibility for instance to:
Adjust sweetness level
 
Modify taste
 
Adjust mouth fee
 
Balance or round out unsavoury flavour notes from other ingredients.

Typical fillers and bulk sweeteners are included in the table below. Hundreds
